How To Have Your Pack Rebuilt
To have a battery pack rebuilt, just call a member of our sales team at 815-220-0321.
Once you tell them the batteries you are sending in they will give you a Battery Code to place in the box so once we receive the batteries we can properly associate them with a customer.
Typical rebuild time for a pack is 3 days.
Your batteries will be shipped pack to you via USPS Priority Mail.
